best/most informative book?

we , several of us , have noticed the ' p&p' thing on a lot of TV sales channels and increasingly suspect it to be away of raising a few quid ..
couple of 1,000 sales = a couple of a few thousand quid ..
had very important personal family documents hanging out of the envelope before now ..
funny ...
all the bumph and flyers and brochures stuffed into the mail box seem O.K. tho
i actually went down to the sorting room to see the manager , we'd allowed our garage to be a dropping off point for awhile , and he knew me ..
wellll... i wasn't impressed ..
parently it's nothing to do with them WE have to go to' post office counters' in another part of town
